(1) Site Security

Any personal information given to SKARF.COM will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, all transactions are processed through PayPal which uses the latest anti-fraud technology. SKARF does not have direct access to store your credit card information at any time.

(2) Order Status

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, wherever possible.

(3) Order Changes

Please send change requests to [email protected]. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

Please include your name and order number with your request.

(4) Payment Options

SKARF.COM accepts the following forms of payment (via PayPal): Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

(5) Sold Out Items

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and you will be refunded on your original method of payment.

Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date. If the item you want sells out before you proceed through checkout, you will be notified and the item will be removed from your cart.
Unauthorised use of this material or this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

(6) Problems / Errors During Checkout

If you are having trouble checking out or processing your order there may be conflicts between our site and the particular browser you are using.

(7) Shipping Policy

All orders (domestic and international) are shipped from US via USPS. Rates are determined by destination and desired service (standard, express). Orders are processed Monday through Fridays 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST), excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and outside of normal business hours will be processed within 2 business days. Please allow 3-4 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sale ^ holiday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. SKARF.COM cannot estimate or pay for any duties or taxes related to international shipping.

SKARF.COM holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. We are not responsible for carrier delays (due to holiday backup etc). Given delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.

(8) Return / Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return your item(s). Return requests are to be made within 10 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be authorized prior to shipping & a return authorization number will be issued at this time. Consent must be granted prior to shipping.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused & in original condition. All original tags must be attached.

SKARF has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy.

In all cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Please have ONLINE ORDER # & your full name in subject line of email.

Email us at [email protected] with your return request & include the reason for your return.

If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size, style, color, etc. we would be happy to issue a refund but would request that you purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Please see above for the correct return procedure.

When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card or PayPal account from which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-weeks for your refund to be processed & up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

(9) Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy. SKARF.COM only collects the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, & billing address. Because payments are processed via PayPal we never have direct access to or store your credit card information.
